Welcome to IMMERSE! We're excited for you to begin your corporate language training. All you'll need to do is complete a few additional details after you receive your registration email, and you'll be ready to start.

Activating Your Account

⚠️ Employee Funded Licenses - Corporate Promo Code

 

If you received a corporate promo code but paid for access via Stripe, your corporate account still requires manual configuration. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive a registration email. Do not create an IMMERSE account through the individual learner sign-up process. For questions or concerns about your payment and registration, contact your program administrator or our support team.

 

Once you receive your registration email from noreply@info.immerse.online, you’ll follow the steps below to activate your account:

  1. Click > Activate My Account, in the email you received

  2. Click > Continue x 3 to get through Geo’s introduction

  3. Confirm (or edit) your First & Last Name

  4. Create a secure Password

  5. Confirm your Password

  6. Click > Continue

  7. Enter demographics to personalize your experience.

  8. Click > Continue.

  9. Read the next steps from Geo.

  10. Click > Continue to launch IMMERSE.

⚙️Update Your Demographics Anytime!

Don't worry if you skipped entering your demographics during registration. You can easily update your Country of Origin, Country of Work, Department, and Skill Focus Areas in your Homeroom Profile Settings whenever you like. For detailed instructions, refer to the article below.

Logging Back In

After account activation, the registration email link becomes inactive. To log in, please go to app.immerse.online and use your registered email and the password created during activation.

Mobile Access

To access your IMMERSE Homeroom, class schedule, and self-paced AI tutoring on the go, complete the following instructions:

For iPhone (Safari):
  1. Go to app.immerse.online/login on your mobile device’s web browser.

  2. Open the Share menu (📤) at the bottom of your screen.

  3. Tap “Add to Home Screen”.

  4. Tap the IMMERSE icon on your Home Screen and log in.

For Android (Chrome):
  1. Go to app.immerse.online/login on your mobile device’s web browser.

  2. Open the Menu icon (⋮) at the top-right of your screen.

  3. Select “Add to Home Screen”.

  4. Tap “Add” to confirm.

  5. Tap the IMMERSE icon on your Home Screen and log in.

⚠️ Reminder: On mobile devices, you can book classes, engage in asynchronous activities, and adjust settings. However, for live classes or to participate in public scenes, please use a desktop browser or virtual reality.
