For individual members, IMMERSE offers a couple of easy ways to pay, depending on where you're shopping! If you're buying in VR, Meta handles the payments. If you're purchasing on our website, our secure checkout is powered by Stripe. Either way, we've got you covered!
Computer Based Subscriptions (Stripe)
Subscriptions that were created online at app.immerse.online.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. For your convenience, we also support Diners Club, JCB, and China UnionPay. Additionally, you can enjoy a faster checkout experience using Apple Pay and Link.
How to Add, Change, or Remove a Payment Method
To make changes to your payment methods, you will need to access your Stripe subscription information through your Immerse Account on the web app. Follow the instructions below to access your Stripe Checkout Window and add a payment method.
Open the IMMERSE WebApp.
Click your profile icon in the top right corner.
Select My Account >Subscription > Subscription Options > Manage Subscription.

Click on your Profile Icon.
Click > Subscription
For VR, click > Overview > Manage Profile instead
Click > Manage
Click > Continue, to open the WebApp Account Page in a new browser tab.
Then select > Subscription > Subscription Options > Manage Subscription

To add a new payment method, follow steps above for getting to the Stripe Checkout Window, then:
Select Add Payment Method.
Choose to add a Card, US Bank Account, or link your Google Pay
Enter your details and select Add
*Note: This new payment method will automatically become your default.

Select the 3 dot icon next to the payment method you want to make the default
Click Make Default

Select the 3 dot icon next to the payment method you want to remove
Click Delete > Delete Payment Method
⚠️ Payment Failed? Here’s What You Can Do:
If your payment didn't go through, don’t worry—there are a few ways to resolve it.
Contact us within 48 hours, and we can manually retry the payment for you.
Remove and re-add the same payment method. If the failure was due to insufficient funds, this often prompts a successful retry.
Retry the payment yourself. You can access the failed invoice at the bottom of the page and attempt to pay again using your existing payment method.
Let the subscription cancel, then restart your plan anytime. This won’t affect your account data, progress, or saved information, it’ll simply begin a new billing cycle.
VR Based Subscriptions (Meta)
Subscriptions that were created directly in the IMMERSE VR app on a Meta Quest headset.

Please be aware that all VR subscription billing is handled directly by Meta's team. IMMERSE Support Staff do not have access to their billing platform and therefore cannot assist with subscription changes or cancellations. For any billing-related inquiries, please contact Meta support directly.

Accepted Payment Methods
You can add credit or debit cards (American Express, MasterCard, Visa), PayPal, or a Meta Horizon Store gift card to your Meta account.
Meta Pay is also synced with the Horizon mobile app and can be used to purchase apps.
How to Add, Change, or Remove a Payment Method
Meta Store (meta.com & physical locations)
The payment method you add on meta.com is used for purchases in the Meta Store, where you buy physical Meta products, like VR headsets, accessories, and other hardware. You can shop online at meta.com or visit one of Meta’s physical retail locations to try out devices before purchasing.

Go to https://www.meta.com/payments, then select Add a new card.
Enter your card information, then click Save.

Go to https://www.meta.com/payments, then select Manage next to the payment method you want to remove. This will take you to the Accounts Center.
Click the 3 dot button on the payment method you want to remove.
Scroll down, then select Remove card.
Select Confirm.
Meta Horizon Store (digital app store)
The payment method linked to your Meta Horizon profile is used for digital purchases, like VR games, apps, and experiences, in the Meta Horizon Store. This is Meta’s online app store for VR content, and it’s shared across all of your Meta Quest devices. It’s the main way to download and purchase software for Meta’s VR headsets, including the Meta Quest line and future Meta Horizon OS devices.

To Add:
Log in to your account at Meta.com and go to your profile.
Click Meta Horizon Profile Settings from the lefthand menu. This will take you directly to: https://secure.oculus.com/my/profile/
Click Payment Methods from the lefthand menu.
Click Add a credit or debit card
Input your details and click Add Payment Method
To Remove:
Log in to your account at Meta.com and go to your profile.
Click Meta Horizon Profile Settings from the lefthand menu. This will take you directly to: https://secure.oculus.com/my/profile/
Click Payment Methods from the lefthand menu.
Click Remove under the card your wish to delete.
Click Remove Payment Method to confirm.

To Add:
Tap the 3 lined menu icon at the top of your Horizon Feed.
Scroll down and tap Wallet.
Tap Add a payment method.
Select the payment method you want to add, then enter your payment information and tap Add.
To Remove:
Tap the 3 lined menu icon at the top of your Horizon Feed.
Scroll down and tap Wallet.
Tap Options next to the payment method you want to remove.
Tap Remove card, then tap Confirm.

You can use Quest cash as a payment method for IMMERSE Subscriptions on the Meta Horizon Store, as outlined in their Terms.
When Quest cash is authorized for a purchase, Meta applies payment in this order:
Promotional Quest cash
Quest cash
Other authorized payment methods
If your Quest cash balance doesn't cover the full purchase, the remaining amount will be charged to your other authorized payment method.
Meta Gift Cards
Meta Gift Cards
To use a Meta Quest Gift Card, you must redeem the total value of the card by linking it to your Account. Once redeemed, the total value of the Meta Quest Gift Card will be added to your Quest cash balance.
