Getting Started
ℹ️ To ensure the best user experience and easier navigation, we strongly recommend adding the webapp to your device's Home screen as an icon. This allows the application to open as a dedicated window, preventing the need to access it repeatedly through a browser tab.
To begin using IMMERSE on your mobile device please follow the steps below:
Open Safari (iPhone) or Google Chrome (Android).
Go to app.immerse.online. DO NOT log in.
Tap the Share button (iPhone) or menu (⋮ on Android), then select "Add to Home Screen".
Alternatively: When prompted by a pop-up, click “Install IMMERSE”.
Exit the browser and find the new IMMERSE icon.
Open the IMMERSE app from your home screen icon and log in with your email and password.
Rotate your device to landscape mode when prompted.
Features
Class Management: book and cancel Live Classes directly from the schedule (*if available on your plan).
Learning Resources: Access practice activities and review class notes.
Profile Management: Update your profile and account details.
Simplified Homeroom Interface: progress statistics are not displayed on the Home tab, and the option for avatar editing in your profile is unavailable.
Live Access
Access to Live Classes and Community Scenes with other real students (*if available on your plan) is not possible from a mobile device. Please log in to IMMERSE from a computer or in VR to access these places.

Due to the wide variety of mobile device models, operating systems, network environments, and personal settings, the IMMERSE Support Team's ability to directly troubleshoot technical issues specific to your device setup may be limited.
For expert guidance tailored to your mobile device's operation within the GeForce Now interface when accessing IMMERSE, NVIDIA Support is the best resource.
However, we are always available to assist with any issues related to the IMMERSE virtual world content, account, subscription, and the in-app experience, even when encountered on a mobile device.
Accessing the Keyboard to Type Answers
Press the arrow at the top left of the screen to open the overlay menu.
Click the Keyboard icon.
Type your message.
To review your message before sending, press the arrow at the bottom right of the screen to temporarily close the keyboard.
Click the yellow arrow on the screen to send the message.
The keyboard will automatically reappear for further typing.
To hide the keyboard, click the Keyboard icon again.
Exiting Full Screen / Quitting the Game
Corporate Learners
You will be directed back to the IMMERSE website. Logging back in using the Member Login button at the top right of the screen returns you to your Homeroom.
Individual Subscribers
You will be redirected to your webapp account management page, from where you can launch IMMERSE again and return to your Homeroom.

Due to the significant difficulty of maneuvering and participating in Live classes or social experiences with real people on mobile without a mouse, this feature has been restricted on mobile devices.
