🚀 What’s New in IMMERSE
We’re back with a new update bringing more flexible subscription options, improved access across devices, and continued performance and quality improvements across VR and Web. Here’s what’s new.
💳 New "Essential" Subscription Plan
We’ve introduced a new Essential subscription tier for learners who want a simpler, more affordable option. The Essential plan details:
A lower-cost subscription
Provides access to self-paced lessons and practice activities only, no live-class access.
Community Space access
This plan is now live across VR and Web for our consumer learners.
🗓️ New Annual Subscription Option
We’ve also updated our existing subscription structure to offer more flexibility:
Pro and Essential plans are now available with monthly or annual billing
Annual subscriptions are offered at a discounted rate
This gives learners more choice in how they manage their subscription.
🧑💻 Reduced WebApp Functionality
We’ve simplified how you access IMMERSE and manage your account.
Previously, the web app served as the primary place to log in, review account details, and launch IMMERSE. Going forward, you’ll launch directly into IMMERSE from the login button on our website.
The web app will still be available, but its role has been streamlined. It will now be used only for managing account information, including subscription and billing details.
To access the web app:
Enter your Homeroom
Open your Profile
Click Manage Subscription, which will open the web app in your browser

This change is part of our next step toward simplifying account access and subscription management, reducing friction and making it easier to get into IMMERSE faster.
📱IMMERSE on Mobile
IMMERSE is now accessible on mobile devices through our browser app, offering a streamlined way to stay connected to your learning on the go.
On mobile, you’ll be able to:
Engage with self-paced lessons and your learning pathway
Review upcoming classes and book new ones
Manage your account directly from your device
No Live Class Access on Mobile
Please note that live classes and community spaces are not available on mobile. This experience is designed for lightweight access and learning continuity rather than full participation.
The web app can be saved directly to your Homeroom for quick and easy access anytime.
✨ Improvements to Self-Paced Lessons & Avatars
We’ve continued refining the self-paced experience with performance and quality updates:
New Meta avatars added for self-paced lessons and community space AI avatars (hint: checkout the Networking Scene).
Ongoing optimization of self-paced lesson prompts
Improved loading times within self-paced lessons
🛠️ Bug Fixes & Improvements
This release includes a number of fixes across environments and features:
Copy and paste issues within NVIDIA resolved
Gym box steps no longer block player movement
Join button text for exiting trial observer mode is now properly localized
Issue near the Hotel king suite balcony fireplace resolved
