The Dashboard AI Assistant, a GPT-style chatbot developed by IMMERSE, serves as your dedicated Insights Advisor for analyzing dashboard data. Designed for Program Admins, this helpful tool allows you to inquire about program data, language skills, and the progress of individual learners. Its core purpose is to enhance your understanding of your program's performance.

Location

To access the AI Assistant, log in to the IMMERSE Dashboard. The Assistant is available by clicking the purple insights button located in the bottom right corner of your screen.

How to Use

The AI Insights tool functions similarly to other industry leading models. Specific details are provided below.

Asking Questions

Choose from a selection of pre-populated questions or begin a conversation by typing in your own question.

⚙️Important Note: The assistant needs time to scan all relevant data before providing a concise and accurate visual response. This is a normal process, not an error, so please allow for this buffering time.

The AI Advisor will not only provide an answer but will also suggest a follow-up action or a guiding question. You can then continue the conversation in the familiar style of a GPT chat, either by using the suggested next step or by asking a different question.

Additional Features

Copy responses (including tables)

To copy the response, click the double square icon. This icon is located at the conclusion of every response.

Rate responses to improve them

Rate the AI Assistant's performance by clicking the thumbs up or down icon following a response. This feedback helps the AI learn your preferred response structure and encourages accurate data summarization.

Conversation history

To view your conversation history, click the calendar icon in the top right of the chat interface. You can view or continue past discussions by scrolling and clicking on the previous conversations.

New chat

To start a brand new conversation, click the pencil and paper icon at the top of the chat interface or from in your Chat History.

Data Set

The AI Assistant is programmed with all the Live Data of your program and learners - including inactive, deactivated, and waiting users along with expired contracts and licenses.

The integrated tool has been seeded with foundational details about IMMERSE, but may not be able to address all your specific inquiries. For the most comprehensive and accurate information concerning the learner journey and platform functionalities, we recommend consulting our dedicated Learner Help Center support articles.

⚠️Multilingual Support

The Insights Tool operates in any language the user inputs, even though the tool's interface (UI) remains in English when the overall dashboard display language is changed. Plans are in place to update the UI to display in other languages later this year.


Frequently Asked Questions

Will the set of pre-populated questions remain static, or will I encounter a rotating selection of new options each time I access the insights feature?

The four pre-populated questions will be identical for every new chat and are not part of a rotating sequence.

Is the chat history permanently saved, or is it limited to a specific timeframe (e.g., the last 30 days)?

The chat history is permanently saved and will paginate accordingly (10 chats per page). It's possible that we may set a limit in the future, but for now, every chat will be saved forever

What should I do if the AI Assistant can’t answer my question?

If you are unable to find the answer to your question after trying different search terms or reviewing the available data, please contact your dedicated Account Executive or Customer Success Manager with the specifics of your inquiry for assistance.
