🚀 What’s New in IMMERSE

Our latest update brings new interactive activity types, image support in lessons, scene updates, and continued performance and quality improvements across VR and Web. Here’s what’s new:


🛍️ New & Updated Scenes

NEW Shopping Center – We replaced our old shopping center with this fresh immersive environment for live classes

UPDATED Doctor’s Office – Expanded room size now accommodates larger groups

These scenes offer more variety and flexibility for live learning experiences.


🌍 Enhanced Language & UI Experience

We’ve made improvements to accessibility and flow in self-paced lessons:

  • Intro messages now auto-translate and are spoken in the learner’s preferred language

  • Updated design for translated chat bubbles to improve clarity


🧑‍💼 Corporate Admin Improvements

Admins and authors now have more flexibility and control:

  • Admins can now disable phone number requirement during B2B onboarding

  • AI authors can now add images to any lesson during creation

📊 Dashboard Updates

The B2B Dashboard has gotten smarter and sleeker:

  • AI Dashboard Assistant (Beta) now live with version 1 refinements

  • Pagination added to “Conversation History”

  • Read-Only HR Admins can now export Excel reports

  • Improved data accuracy and error handling in assistant responses

  • UI improvements across login, metrics, and graphs


🛠️ Bug Fixes & Improvements

We’ve resolved several issues across the platform for a smoother experience:

VR Fixes:

  • Fixed water bottle and water cooler glitches

  • Resolved city bar teleportation issue

  • Corrected Spanish receipt translation in Fast Food scene

  • Fixed Homeroom return issue after level-up assessment

Web Fixes:

  • Improved onboarding UI and mobile redirection

  • Fixed AI Assistant bugs (500 errors, hallucinations, data mismatch)

  • Resolved subscription issues for users in Colombia and Mexico

  • Resolved dashboard “change password” bug
