Computer System Requirements

In order to have a successful experience using the Immerse web app - which is run through NVIDIA - you must meet NVIDIA's system requirements.

  • NVIDIA Requirements for MAC 🧑‍💻

    • MacOS of 10.11 or higher is required.

  • NVIDIA Requirements for PC 🧑‍💻

    • A 64-bit version of Windows 7 or later is required.

    • It is recommended to use the latest version of Windows 10 Anniversary update.

    • We do not support 32-bit versions of Windows.

🚨Browser Limitation!

Regardless of the computer you are on, the IMMERSE web app operates best on: Chrome Browser 77.x or later for MacOS, Windows, or Chrome OS.

Your Network Requirements

  • At least 15Mbps for 720p at 60 FPS

    • Or 25Mbps for 1080p at 60 FPS

  • We recommend disabling background apps while using this application.

  • It is necessary to have less than 80ms latency from an NVIDIA data center. However, for the best experience, we recommend less than 40ms.
